EAJS Conference Grant Programme
The European Association for Jewish Studies invites submissions of event proposals each academic year in the framework of the EAJS Conference Grant Programme in European Jewish Studies.
The purpose of this programme is to foster cooperation among scholars involved in Jewish Studies across Europe, and to support early career researchers in this field to develop a professional network. Awards are made to support EAJS Conferences and EAJS Summer Schools.
The EAJS Conference Grant Programme in European Jewish Studies offers between £ 1,600 and £ 8,000 for each event, depending on the duration and the number of participants.
Eligibility: The Main Applicant should be a Full member of the EAJS. Further applicants and participants are encouraged to be members of the association, though this is not required.
It is expected that while the details of the format and the amounts available may differ, this programme will recur in future years. Announcements and calls for submissions are made on the EAJS website and in the EAJS newsflash in the autumn each year.
