BA and MA teaching areas include Hebrew language and literature from Haskalah to today; Hebrew; Contemporary and modern Jewish history.
Also home to the Centre of research of Jewish Studies/history, which is currently involved in the following research projects: 1) 'Early Jewish and Christian Magical Traditions in Comparison and Contact'; 2) 'REL-NET - Entangled Interfaith Identities and Relations from the Mediterranean to the United States: The St James Association and Its Transnational Christian-Jewish Network in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict'
